How do you build a MiTOWER Stairs rolling tower on a staircase?

Pull the wheels out of the adjustable legs. Then fit the rubber foot on the adjustable legs. Slide the adjustable legs with rubber foot fully into the 4-rung frame and into the the walk through frame. Then adjust all leg height adjustment collars to bring all four legs to the lowest position, so that you can easily level the frame later.

Attach the double guardrail brace on the walk through frame ensuring its lower claw is placed above the positioning ring and facing outwards. Make sure that the claws are properly locked on the frame tube. Attach both double guardrail braces to the 4-rung frame. The lower claw should be placed above the 1st rung (claw opening facing outwards) of the frame. Make sure that the claws are properly locked on the frame tube. Adjust the base section with a spirit level by turning the adjusting nuts to bring the base section square and level. The MiTOWER STAIRS base section is ready.

Fit a frame on top of the frames and secure it with the locking pin. Stand inside the MiTOWER STAIRS rolling tower, fit a platform on the highest rung of the base section and ensure that the wind-lock catch engages correctly.

If possible, place a triangular stabiliser on each corner of the rolling tower. Clamp the lower coupling just below the 4th rung of the frame and fit the top coupling just under the 6th rung of the frame. On the other side, clamp the upper coupling just below the double guardrail brace and fit the lower coupling just above the lower intermediate tube. If possible, secure the scaffold with a lashing strap.

Extend and lock the component hangers on both sides of the platform. Place two double guardrail braces onto the hangers. Climb the MiTOWER STAIRS on the inside until halfway through the platform trap door. Then sit on the platform with your legs through the trap door and your feet on the frame rung. From this position, mount a double guardrail brace on both sides with the top claw above the highest rung and facing outside.

Construct 2 sets of conjoined frames giving you a pair of 2m sections. Fit one set of conjoined frames to each end of the tower and secure the locking pins.

Place a double guardrail brace onto the hangers on one side of the platform. Stand on the platform and fit the double guardrail brace with the top claw underneath the 12th rung. Make sure that the claw openings are facing outwards and that the claws are properly locked on the frame tube.

Descend the tower and place two double guardrail braces onto the hangers on one side of the platform. Place the second platform and the toe boards on the other side. Access the rolling tower and carefully place the second platform on the 12th rung and make sure that the wind-lock catch engages correctly.

Place two double guardrail braces onto the hangers on one side of the second platform and place the toe boards onto the hangers on the other side. Access the MiTOWER STAIRS on the inside until halfway through the platform trap door. Then sit on the platform with your legs through the trap door and your feet on a frame rung. From this position, mount a double guardrail brace on both sides with the top claw above the highest rung.

The platform can now be safely accessed. Unfold the toe boards and fit them to the edges of the platform. Place a horizontal anchorage tube on either side of the scaffold. Adjust the length until they are leaning correctly against the wall. Make sure that all couplings are locked. Finally, retract all hangers and the MiTOWER STAIRS rolling tower is ready to use.
