A new Altrex subsidiary in Spain

The Altrex Group recently acquired a new subsidiary in Spain. This means that Altrex increased its interest in the Spanish company, Via Montalia, to a majority interest on account of which the name changed to Soluciones de Acceso Altrex. Over the past years, Via Montalia has taken up an important position in the Spanish market for aluminium access equipment.

Like the other subsidiaries of the Altrex Group in Belgium and Sweden, Altrex in Spain will (continue to) bring the full Altrex range to the market: from rolling towers, scaffolding systems and suspended platforms to (folding) ladders, stepladders and custom-made access solutions. Having its own subsidiary in Spain aligns perfectly with the Altrex Group's growth strategy. The responsibility for the day-to-day management and company management lies with Albert Gall and Miquel Playà. They both have years of knowledge and experience in the field of access equipment in Spain and an extensive network of relevant business relations.
